This is a friendly reminder that we will be distributing uniforms at tonight's practice. In order to receive a uniform, you must turn in the mandatory deposit checks - please see the info below. There is a chance I may not be able to attend the practice tonight, and if that is the case, Megan Narcisi has offered to collect our team's checks and distribute uniforms.
If you are unable to attend practice tonight please contact me and we'll arrange an alternate pick-up time.
Also - this Thursday is YOUTH NIGHT at the PR High School Field!! Players are asked to wear their jerseys at the game, where there is free admission for everyone. Please see the info below.

LACROSSE HOME GAME DAY VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS & DESCRIPTIONS:
There are two opportunities for volunteering:
Concessions
Field Duty During Home Games**
**It looks like our team only has three home games, so our Field Duty volunteer slots are limited to six (2 per game). If our field duty slots are fulfilled when you go to sign up, there are more opportunities to volunteer within concessions. Please note there are no concessions at Pine Community Park at this time. The concession stand where you will be volunteering is located at the Rams Cage at the PR High School. Your help is greatly appreciated!
Each family is expected to volunteer for 2 volunteer slots which could breakdown as follows:
2 concession slots -OR-
2 field duty slots -OR-
1 concession and 1 field duty slot
Please arrive 30 minutes early for either volunteer commitment!
All coaches (head & assistants), board members, team managers and sponsors are exempt from volunteer requirements as these positions already require a heavier time commitment.
If you are unable to fulfill these requirements, you can opt to pay $25to a student aged 13 years or older. Please sign up using your name (to get credit) and communicate the student’s name to either the Team Manager (for Field Duty) or Angie Pickels (for Concessions).
Grab table from storage and set up on side of field in middle. Keep accurate score throughout the game.
Timekeeper & Horn/Tear Down Table
Stopping and starting the timer each time when the referee blows his whistle unless it is a running clock game in which the referee and/or coach instructs. The clock keeper should discuss details with the referee prior to the game start on how many minutes in a quarter, 8,10 or 12 minutes and when the referee wants to be notified on time remaining, etc. Electronic game clock/horn will be used.
Tear down and put table back in storage if your team is the last game of the day.
All Concessions will be held at the “Ram Cage” located at the High School. The concessions building is located above the turf field across from Middle School and close to the baseball field.
There will be 4 concession times allotted per game- 3 people in concession stand, 1 person in bleachers selling drinks.
There will be NO Concessions at Pine Park at this time.

PRYL 8U Green Team Manager Intro

Hi team!
My name is Jamie Christensen, and I wanted to introduce myself as the Team Manager for the PRLAX Boys 8U Green team. My son Zach (#48) is a team member, and my husband TJ is the coach. Thank you to Phil Stieg and Travis Roache for volunteering their time to help as assistant coaches! We are looking forward to a fun season of lacrosse and hope to make it an enjoyable one for the boys. I am planning to schedule some after-game activities that I hope you’ll consider joining us for, such as pizza and/or ice cream outings. If anyone else has any ideas, please feel free to reach out.
You should have already received an email from me to connect to the Game Changer app. I’ve added all our practices and games (hopefully correctly) that are listed on our schedule. There were a couple of “TBD” game days where I don’t have much information yet, but I’ll update it as we go.
Please note that PRYL Team Photos will be taken either on Monday, 4/3 or Tuesday, 4/4. I will keep you posted and let you know as soon as I hear when our team pictures will be taken. An order form was sent to your email.
I have our uniforms to distribute, and there is other volunteer information I’ll need to make you aware of. I am working on a sign-up sheet, and once that is completed, I will email you with more information.
